Large defenseman who plays a well-rounded game. Can move well on his feet and make smart plays on transition. Not biggest offensive producer, but uses his size to his advantage defensively, using his body and long stick to break up plays.
Two-way defenseman with potential offense potential. He has a solid floor defensively, making him a potential top-four defenseman at the NHL level.
A big, steady force on defence who blocks shots and loves throwing hits anywhere on the ice.
A skilled two-way defenseman with excellent puck control and vision.
Fluid puck-moving defenceman who plays a safe style. More dare in his game and work on defensive aggression could unlock second-pair potential.
An organizational depth defenseman who has not developed into anything more than a minor-league player.
Defensively responsible bottom pairing defender with size and solid mobility. Makes simple plays to alleviate pressure and makes a good first pass out of the defensive zone. Does not make much of an impact offensively but has a good point shot.
Offensive right-handed shot defenseman with top-four upside. Very good skater with excellent compete level. Has a great shot from the blue line. Needs to work on his defensive game.
Physical two-way defenseman with a powerful shot. Could develop into an all-around contributor on a team's third pair.
A Jack-of-all-trades defender. Good in every area of the ice. Barron isn't flashy but he is effective.
