Russia
Matvei Petrov
Shoot-first offensive winger with top six upside. A good skater that is not afraid to be play a feisty style but could use some improvement in his shift-to shift-compete level.
Timur Mukhanov
Diminutive forward with outstanding skating ability and good offensive vision. Lack of size and strength could hold him back, but he has the skill to drive offense at the pro level.
Ivan Prosvetov
A big, athletic goalie settling into a consistent backup role
Ruslan Khazheyev
An aggressive goalie for his size, Khazheyev loves to use his strong skating ability while in the net to move from post to post. Could stand to be more conservative while in net. Projects to make the move to North America within the next 2-3 years
Roman Shokhrin
A hyper-aggressive shutdown defenseman who has flashes of offensive upside and puck-handling ability.
Alexander Perevalov
Offensively-minded winger with good vision and great puck skills. Has to improve his play away from the puck but has the skill to produce at the top level.
Alexander Siryatsky
Smart defensive player who has decent playmaking potential. Needs to work on using his shot more effectively.
Yan Kuznetsov
Physical bottom pairing defender. Doesn't provide much on offense and won't be as helpful as you would think for PIM's considering his size and aggressiveness.
Yan Matveiko
A center that is showing signs of rapid development. Keep an eye on him.
Stanislav Berezhnoy
A potential NHL goaltender with size and upside. In North America, he will look to climb the depth chart.
