Top 17 fantasy hockey prospects

Why 17? Well because I do things differently!

I too will not add Pettersson and not add goalies, but I will do a list of players with NHL games played vs players with none. Also YES I know I put Svechnikov ahead of Pettersson to start the year in an earlier ramblings. I was WRONG ok. Let’s keep moving

 

Top 17 Prospects – NHL Games Played (long term upside of course)

Kailer Yamamoto is literally just off the cusp by a minuscule amount as I like Mittelstadt (who was #18) a little more to produce on his own.

EDIT: By the way I took Mittelstadt off because I deleted Martin Necas from my list as I added him twice and decided to delete both

Top 17 Prospects +1 – No NHL Games Played (One extra because I could not eliminate Heponiemi)

 

1. Nikita Gusev (Note here: Straight up, any of these prospects play in the NHL tomorrow Gusev will have the most points for the first year to five years. Making him the best to own for immediate help for fantasy purposes, IF he comes over)

Why no Oliver Wahlstrom: The couple views of him I have had this year I have been pretty unimpressed. Seems like the jump to the NCAA has been overly difficult for him.
