Observations:

February 2017 – Froese breathes a breath of fresh air as he escapes the congested Leaf’s prospect pool, bound for new opportunity, likely with the Marlies divisional rival, Syracuse Crunch. The AHL veteran has 58 games of NHL experience, primarily in a checking role with Toronto. In those 58 games he’s manged a modest five points. Froese could prove to remain a career AHLer, however, provided with skilled line mates in the NHL, he has the size and skill to make a small fantasy impact. Brayden Olafson

Fantasy Outlook: C

Froese is your typical hard-nosed center who will earn most of his points in and around the blue paint. Has posted very respectable numbers at the AHL level since graduating from the ECHL, but could struggle to make an impact at the next level.
