Bäck is a pass first, two-way centerman who doesn’t excel in any particular area but is adequate in many (ie. skating, puck protection, acceleration and shot). He will not be a volume shooter at the next level and his low PIM totals will not give him any added value in leagues that count that statistic.
An uber-skilled forward who has the ability to pull fans out of their seats. He has some of the silkiest hands in the draft and soft touch on his passing. He has the potential to be a volume scorer at the next level if he can translate his game.
Large-framed, skilled scoring forward who plays with pace — much better with the puck than without. Compete level needs to improve to become a top-six forward at the NHL level.
A defense-minded defenseman with a long reach and skates well for a player his size. He is well off the fantasy radar, even in deep leagues.
A bottom-six forward with limited offensive upside, but he is worth a look in deeper leagues that value hits.
A big, physical winger who plays a strong, powerful game. Does not offer much offensively. Has some value in the deeper league, which values hits and PIMs.
Highly skilled and intelligent center with great size who projects as a top-six, play-driving pivot at the NHL level.
Large-bodied, goal-scoring winger who drives the net and works the boards well. Needs to work on his quickness and two-way game to cement his middle-six upside.
Smooth skating, offensive minded defenceman with top four upside if he can improve defensively. Has the ability to quarterback a power play at the NHL level.
