Russia
Artyom Gonchar
A lanky, playmaking defenseman.
Maxim Groshev
A big power forward with middle-six upside. More of a complementary offensive player than someone who creates offense on a regular basis.
Alexander Plesovskikh
Project winger with scorer's instincts, locked into a KHL development track through 2027-28. A long-horizon watch with bottom-six upside.
Vyacheslav Buteyets
A tall, solid netminder with a good track record in Russia who has come over to North America.
Roman Kantserov
High-octane offensive facilitator who excels at finding space in the offensive zone. Extremely raw, but could develop into a middle-six playmaker.
Kirill Zarubin
A very athletic goaltender who anticipates the play well and controls his movements, he has the potential to become an NHL goaltender. Like most Russian netminders, patience is necessary.
Semyon Frolov
A netminder boasting pro size, athleticism and quickness.
Amir Miftakhov
Average sized netminder returning to the North American circuit.
Kurban Limatov
A skilled, hard-working and smooth-skating defenseman who struggles with consistent decision-making.
Ivan Ryabkin
Creative playmaking center with physicality, but with touch-and-go engagement
