Lacks playmaking skills and needs to work on off-puck positioning to avoid becoming a one-dimensional goal scorer. Proper development could turn one of the best pure shooters of the 2023 NHL Entry Draft into a high-floor/high-ceiling top-six elite goal-scoring power forward with PP1 and PK usage.
Nolan Foote
Big-bodied winger with good puck skills and a heavy shot, needs to work on his skating ability but projects as a solid middle six winger with upside as a powerplay specialist.
Tyson Foerster
He has an elite shot, with a 40+ goal upside and will be a factor on the power play. He has good size and doesn’t shy away from the physical part of the game.
Ryan McAllister
An undrafted late-bloomer with dynamic offensive instincts. His average frame and skating may hold him back at the NHL but he has scored buckets of points at every level so far.
Gracyn Sawchyn
A forward with a tremendous motor, Sawchyn has a strong identity as a player and projects very well as a future bottom-six fan favourite.
