Observations:
March 2016 – After being sent to Chicago during the offseason as part of the Kris Versteeg trade, Robertson was re-acquired by the Hurricanes in a minor trade deadline deal. Now in his second full professional season, he has two goals and five assists in 42 games between Rockford and Charlotte. At this point in his career, it doesn't appear as if he will have any tangible fantasy value in the near future. Matt Donohue
November 2015 – Robertson was traded to Chicago during the summer as part of the Kris Versteeg deal. Dobber
January 2014- Dennis Robertson is a dependable, mean defensemen and is in his senior year at Brown University. The big defensemen was named ECAC All-Rookie in 2011 also earning selections to the Second All- Ivy team in 2011 and 2012 and once First Team All-Ivy in 2013. Robertson is in his second year as captain for the Brown University Bears, he is a fluid skater and excellent defender in his own end, he has a heavy shot and is valuable on the power play. Robertson is a large man and uses his body to his advantage, pinching against the walls and moving guys from the crease. Robertson plays some heavy minutes and is relied upon in all situations. He currently sits with three goals and 17 assists in 36 games for the Bears. Andrew Ward
Fantasy Outlook: D+
Robertson is an asset in leagues that count the physical categores (hits, PIM, BLKS), but is a 20-point guy at best when/if he hits the NHL.
