Two-way center with good vision and a solid off-puck game. Has the potential to develop into a reliable middle-six NHL forward.
Hard-working two-way forward with the skill to capitalize on opposing mistakes. Already displays a lot of pro-level habits and projects as a reliable NHL forward with secondary scoring ability.
Dynamic offensive player with great speed and puck-handling ability. Needs to round out his game and get to the inside more consistently but he has NHL level skill.
Intelligent and reliable center who displays solid awareness in all three zones. Needs to continue to hone his offensive game but has potential as a two-way, middle-six pivot at the NHL level.
Foundationally sound forward who plays with a high level of engagement and preparedness for the puck. Has potential as a middle-six complementary forward at the NHL level.
Bottom-six forward with good size. Capable of playing both center and wing. Doesn't really have enough offensive talent to be relevant in fantasy hockey leagues.
Evans has a pretty big distance between his ceiling and floor. At best, he could be a top-six forward; 40+ points and an all-around contributor. At worst, (aside from not making the NHL) he will be a fourth line center who can chip in a bit offensively (20-30 point range) by working hard down low.
Skilled playmaker who plays a mature two-way game. His upside may be limited but his floor is relatively high and he should grow into an impactful third line NHL center at the very least.
Dynamic offensive weapon that can beat defenders in a variety of ways. Elite raw skill that should make him an impact offensive player at the NHL level.
