June 2025 – The Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL selected Nörringerin the first round in the USHL Phase II Draft in May 2025; the fourth round pick (127th overall) in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft by the Nashville Predators will play for the Lumberjacks during the 2025-26 season, a day after the USHL draft Nörringer also announced he committed to play in the NCAA with Boston University for the 2026-27 campaign. Nörringer possesses the size and physical attributes, along with the goal-scoring ability, that can take him to the NHL.
