September 2024 – Milic attended the Winnipeg Jets 2024 Development Camp on July 3-7, 2024. He will participate in the 2024 Young Stars Classic in Penticton, B.C, September 13-16, 2024. After an impressive first season with the Winnipeg Jets franchise, Milic will be given the opportunity to become a full-time AHL player with the Manitoba Moose during the 2024-25 campaign. Mark Henry
May 2024 – The Winnipeg Jets announced on May 4, 2024, that they have agreed to terms with Milic on a three-year, entry-level contract with an AAV of $841,700 that begins in 2024-25. Milic played 33 games for the AHL’s Manitoba Moose during the 2023-24 season and posted a 19-9-2 record with one shutout, a 2.72 GAA, and .900 SV%. Milic made his professional debut in 2023-24 with the ECHL’s Norfolk Admirals, where he went 11-3-2 with two shutouts, a 2.45 GAA, and .908 SV%. Mark Henry
March 2024 – On March 18, Milic was named AHL Player of the Week for the Sunday, March 17 period. He had a 3-0-0 record for the week, 1.30 GAA, and a .953 SV%, allowing four goals on 85 shots, including his first career AHL shutout. Mark Henry
March 2024 – The Manitoba Moose recalled Milic from the ECHL’s Norfolk Admirals on January 22. Since then, Milic has helped the Moose get back into AHL Calder Cup playoff contention; in 14 starts, he has a record of 9-4-1; on March 13, he recorded his first career AHL shutout in a 6-0 win over the Milwaukee Admirals. Milic has a 10-5-1 with the Moose during the 2023-24 season with a 2.66 GAA and .905 SV%. Mark Henry
January 2024 – Milic took part in the 2024 Warrior/ECHL All-Star Classic on January 15 after being named an ECHL All-Star on January 3, as part of the ECHL All-Stars that defeated the Savannah Ghost Pirates 18-11 at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia. Mark Henry
December 2023 – Milic has been named to Canada’s 2023 Spengler Cup roster, which takes place December 26-31, 2023, in Davos, Switzerland. During the 2023-24 season, Milic has a 9-2-1 record, a 2.44 GAA, and a .910 SV% with the ECHL’s Norfolk Admirals. While serving as a call-up to the AHL’s Manitoba Moose, he has posted a 1-1-0 record with a 3.74 GAA and a .877 SV%. Mark Henry
November 2023 – Milic was called up to the Manitoba Moose on November 12 and made his American Hockey League debut that same day in relief of Oskari Salminen after the Moose gave up four goals to the Laval Rocket. He entered the game early in the second period and faced 22 shots. He made 20 saves, with the two goals he allowed coming on the power play. With veteran goaltender Collin Delia listed as day-to-day, Milic made his first AHL career start on November 13 against the Rocket in a 5-2 loss. He allowed five goals on 31 shots. Mark Henry
November 2023 – Milic was named ECHL Goaltender of the Week for October 23-29; the Norfolk Admirals goaltender went 2-0-0 with one shutout, a 1.00 GAA, and .959 SV% in two appearances. Overall, he is 3-0-1 in four appearances with the Admirals this season with a 1.46 GAA and .937 SV%. Mark Henry
October 2023 – Milic was sent down to the Winnipeg Jets ECHL affiliate Norfolk Admirals on October 10, thus giving him a significant opportunity to play big minutes in his first pro season. Mark Henry
October 2023 – Milic signed a one-year AHL contract through the 2023-24 season with the Manitoba Moose on October 6, 2023. A fifth-round pick by the Winnipeg Jets, 151st overall in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft after being passed over in two straight drafts, Milic has a history of proving doubters wrong; look for this trend to continue throughout his professional career. June 2023 – After a strong run with the Seattle Thunderbirds, Milic’s season unfortunately came to a disappointing end in the Memorial Cup. Milic was a major reason for Seattle’s success, being a rock-solid, reliable goalie for them and a reliable goalie for Canada at the U20 World Juniors.
