Final Rankings: Schairer was one of the NTDP’s most consistently dependable players on an inconsistent U18 group. Playing a safe game with good two-way control, Schairer has good defensive IQ and works hard to shut down plays. Schairer hasn’t produced as hoped, but much of the team has not either. Won’t wow on offense, but should be a reliable full-time depth D. Some similarities to former NTDP alum Drew Helleson. – Austin Kelly
