November 2024 – On November 17, the Winnipeg Jets reassigned Wagner from Linköping of the SHL to the Manitoba Moose. Wagner played 16 games for Linköping this season and recorded zero points. Mark Henry

September 2024 – Wagner attended the Winnipeg Jets 2024 Development Camp on July 3-7, 2024. He will not participate in the 2024 Young Stars Classic in Penticton, B.C, September 13-16, 2024. He will play in Europe during the 2024-25 season for Linköping HC of the Swedish Hockey League. Mark Henry

March 2024 – An underwhelming 2023-24 season statistically, which saw Wagner win a silver medal with Sweden at the 2024 World Junior Championship, he failed to produce a point in the tournament. He played three games with Almtuna IS in HockeyAllsvenskan, Sweden’s second-highest ice hockey league, again producing zero points. He finished the 2023-24 regular season with Linkoping of the SHL, scored one goal, and added five assists in 41 games. Linkoping starts their 2024 playoffs versus Skellefteå AIK on March 22. December 2023 – Wagner was named to Sweden’s 23-man roster for the 2024 IIHF World Junior Championship; he is one of nine returnees who played for Sweden in the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship that finished fourth. As the host country this year, Sweden will look to improve on last year’s result, starting on December 26, 2023, in Gothenburg versus Latvia. August 2023 – Wagner attended the Winnipeg Jets 2023 Development Camp in July after signing a three-year, entry-level contract with an AAV in the NHL of $858,333 on June 15, 2023. He played in Sweden during the 2022-23 season for Linköping HC of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) and Linköping HC J20.
