Russia
Yuri Ivanov
The youngest goalie in his draft class features sound positioning, footwork, and athleticism.
Oleg Kulebiakin
June 2026 - Kulebiakin was selected by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second round (52nd overall) in the 2026 NHL Draft. Chris Babos
Nikita Shcherbakov
With an ideal frame for an NHL defensemen, Shcherbakov is a detailed oriented defender with good puck moving ability and flashes of offensive upside.
Daniil Gushchin
An extremely skilled, high octane winger who plays on the attack. His hands are absolutely ridiculous at times, allowing him to create space and make plays.
Egor Barabanov
A playmaking centre taken in his final year of eligibility. Has middle-six upside if things break right.
Ilia Morozov
A highly capable defensive centre thanks to his instincts, his positioning, and his frame.
Dmitri Ivchenko
A mature, technically refined goaltender with a wide butterfly flare and reliable tracking.
Dmitri Borichev
Big, athletic Russian netminder whose calling card is high-end puck tracking and a quick glove. The early favorite to be the first goalie off the board in 2026, with the usual MHL-sample caveat attached.
Sergei Ivanov
Diminutive but quick and athletic Russian goalie. His quickness and agility makes up for his short stature, and early results in the KHL look fantastic. Time will tell if he makes the jump to North America.
