A very smart but undersized offensive defenseman. Has been working on his defensive game and decision-making to avoid unnecessary risks.

Towering defender whose development hasn't gone as planned and is struggling to make an impact offensively.
Vili Saarijärvi
At one point he looked to be a possible future top-four blueliner for Detroit but hasn't done much in the pro's.
Topi Rönni
Decent-framed center who brings pace and intensity, solid playmaking and two-way play. Needs to improve his manipulation, deceptiveness and physical game, but shows middle-six upside.
Urho Vaakanainen
Smart, smooth-skating, two-way defenseman. Will have more value for his actual team than for your fantasy hockey club.
Brad Lambert
A dynamic skater with excellent acceleration and top-end speed, edgework and agility is close to elite. Tough to knock off the puck, can fight through checks, and has elite puck-handling skills and scoring ability. Still, his vision and decision-making as a playmaker are questioned, and he is considered a boom-or-bust prospect with consistency concerns at both ends of the ice. He can potentially be a top-line center with PP1 usage if his all-around game develops. His floor is a bottom-six up-tempo center that can be relied on to kill penalties.
Emil Pieniniemi
