July 2025 – The Winnipeg Jets selected Edison Engle in the 6th round (188th overall) of the 2025 NHL Draft. After a season and a half in the USHL with the Des Moines Buccaneers & Dubuque Fighting Saints. Engle signed with the Ontario Hockey League’s Brantford Bulldogs on June 28, 2025, and will play in the OHL during the 2025-26 season before heading to Ohio State University for the 2026-27 season.
