Two-way defenseman who leads by example and tends to make the low risk play more often than not. He can play the minute muncher role very well, but will probably not see a large amount of powerplay time at the next level should he make it.
A plateauing defenseman with journeyman status in the pro circuit and a low NHL upside.
An exceptional skater who creates offensive out of nowhere. Star Status: Attained.
Offensive defenseman with great size. Despite his size, he doesn't play a physical style and instead relies on his positioning and stick-checking on defense. Loves to join the rush and create offense. Has a heavy and accurate slap shot, and he is capable of shooting from imperfect passes. His release on the wrist shot is extremely quick. He loves to shoot the puck as much as possible. Very dangerous on the power play. Needs to work on his defensive game and avoid unnecessary risks. A late-bloomer.
Safe, all-around bottom pairing defender
Offense-minded, puck-moving rearguard with the potential to be a power play specialist at the NHL level.
Djoos is an NHL player with his elusiveness, puck skills, and smarts.
Has PP specialist upside and his huge frame gives him an edge in terms of getting opportunities. Is rounding out his game, but skating still an issue.
Two-way blueliner boasting above-average mobility and puck movement to go with a wicked slapshot. A good bet for second-unit PP duty.
