June 2025 – The New Jersey Devils signed Parent to a one-year, entry-level contract for the 2025-26 season on March 14, 2025. Known for his scoring ability in junior, Parent has become a solid offensive contributor since signing with the Utica Comets in July 2022 as an undrafted free agent. In his third season with the Comets (2024-25), he produced 36 points (17 goals and 19 assists) in 61 regular-season games. The undersized (5-8, 170-pound) center has not played in an NHL game thus far in his career and is off the fantasy radar. Mark Henry
