January 2025 – The second-year pro, Ford, was recalled by the Winnipeg Jets and will make his NHL debut against the Boston Bruins on January 30, 2024. He played 36 games with the Manitoba Moose in the AHL in 2024-25 and produced 17 points (11 goals and six assists) with 30 PIM. Since the calendar turned to 2025, the offensive game has taken another step, and in nine games with the Moose, he has had seven goals and one assist since January 3. With an injury to Winnipeg’s fourth-liner, Morgan Barron, Ford will get a chance to be on the fourth line in his NHL debut. Mark Henry

October 2023 – Ford will start the 2023-24 season in the American Hockey League after being assigned to the Manitoba Moose by the Winnipeg Jets on October 6, 2023. Ford left a strong impression on teammates, coaches, and management in his first NHL training camp and has put himself in a position to potentially be one of the first NHL call-ups for the Jets this season. August 2023 – Ford attended the Winnipeg Jets 2023 Development Camp in July after signing a two-year entry-level contract with an AAV in the NHL of $925,000 on March 25, 2023, with the Winnipeg Jets, starting the 2023-24 season.
