June 2025 – Beckner was selected in the seventh round (204th overall) in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the Ottawa Senators. After two seasons in the BCHL with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks, Beckner made the jump to the USHL during the 2023-24 season and played for the Tri-City Storm, where he played 61 regular season games and produced 45 points (14 goals and 31 assists) and contributed four points (three goals and one assist) in six playoff games with the Storm. After that season, he moved to the NCAA and played at Colorado College for the 2024-25 season. Beckner is well off the fantasy radar; once he signs with the Senators’ organization and turns pro, it will be a better time to gauge his development and determine his future fantasy relevancy.
