Noah Chadwick

September 2026 – Chadwick completed his first full AHL campaign with the Marlies, posting 23 points in 68 games while contributing to the Calder Cup run – a reasonable debut for a 21-year-old defender taken 185th overall. His leadership qualities are apparent, and he enters this season ahead of schedule for his draft position. A larger role this year will tell the Leafs organization what they need to know about his NHL viability. The skating that flagged as a concern at the junior level remains the key developmental variable, and further growth in that area is necessary before he can be considered a legitimate NHL option. August 2025 – The 20-year-old, Chadwick, is slated to play his full professional season with the Toronto Marlies during the 2025-26 season. After two consecutive 50+ point seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Lethbridge Hurricanes, Chadwick is poised to take the next step in his hockey career. A sixth-round pick (185th overall) in the 2022 NHL Draft by the Toronto Maple Leafs, he has become a legitimate prospect within the Maple Leafs organization. If Chadwick can prove his skating is up to par at the professional level and he adapts well to the American Hockey League while being productive at both ends of the ice, with this potential, he could become an effective two-way defenseman in the NHL, therefore making him a player you should roster in dynasty formats in the future. April 2024 – Chadwick had an outstanding D+1 year with the Lethbridge Hurricanes. The 6-4 blueliner jumped from 20 points to 56 points, including 12 goals. He is an effective two-way blueliner, and with his combo of size and hockey IQ, there is a solid chance that he will see NHL games. The Maple Leafs have to be very pleased with Chadwick’s development after being selected in the 6th round of the 2023 NHL Draft. Chadwick has now been assigned to the Marlies following Lethbridge’s quick playoff run, where he will practice with the team and have the chance to get into a couple of the remaining regular-season games.
