June 2023 – Milne played his first professional season in 2022-23 for the Iowa Wild in the AHL after being drafted as an overager during the 2022 NHL draft by the Minnesota Wild. As a young player in the professional ranks, he posted seven goals and six assists for a total of 13 points in 57 games, even playing two playoff games for experience. Coming off a strong final-year in the WHL for the Winnipeg Jets, Milne remains a project to one day make the NHL. He has the potential to become a bottom-six energy player, but the potential is there to potentially create even more of an impact in the NHL. Nathan Leblanc
