February 2018 – Resurrecting hopes of an NHL career, Jeremy Gregoire has already surpassed his professional career high by five points in just 35 games this season. His 70 PIMs and plus-9 rating are a sign of a step forward in his all-around game as well. Gregoire was always slated to be a bottom-six player; a third liner at best with terrific character and leadership. He’s become a much more effective AHLer recently and will continue to develop in Laval until he takes another step forward in his development. A future that was bleak due to a difficult debut to his pro career all of a sudden has a ray of light beaming down on it. Mike Barrett
