Andrew Paul Epps, a Fort Worth engineer and independent scout who fell in love with Finnish hockey. I cover Liiga, Mestis, and the junior tiers, then translate that film and context into fantasy-friendly reads. I lean on rinkside notes, coach conversations, and a simple ability-score framework, including a repeatable scouting system and NHLe for context. I care about how players are developed, how different hockey cultures shape their habits, and how history still shows up in today's game. If I am not at a Texas rink, I am probably watching a stream from Helsinki or planning my next trip to Finland. Expect clear grades, practical deployment notes, and realistic NHL timelines.
