June 2025 – Never drafted, Szturc was signed after his 20-year-old WHL season that saw him post over 1.25 points-per-game for the second consecutive year, as captain of Kelowna. His transition to AHL hockey was solid, if unspectacular. He works hard and has the right attitude, though is a little undersized and needs to assert himself physically as much as he did in junior hockey. – Dobber
