Cole Reinhardt

September 2026 – Likely the final update for Reinhardt, he’s very much looking to stick for a whole season in the Panthers’ bottom six and graduate from here. He’ll give you hits on a very cheap contract, but that is about it. If the Panthers suffer major attrition again, perhaps he could find himself promoted and score a bit more than expected, but we’re looking at around 40 points of upside then, with closer to 20 being realistic. July 2025 – Reinhardt signed a two-year, one-way contract worth $1,625 million with the Vegas Golden Knights that carries a cap hit of $812,500 and expires at the end of the 2026-27 season. The 25-year-old spent his entire professional career with the Ottawa Senators organization before signing with the Vegas Golden Knights. During the 2024-25 season, he played in 17 NHL games with the Ottawa Senators and 45 AHL games with the Belleville Senators. Reinhardt is a bottom-six forward who is not known to provide offense at the NHL level, but plays hard and could provide value in a deep salary cap league that values PIMs should he make the Golden Knights’ opening night roster and become an NHL regular in 2025-26. August 2024 – Reinhardt is a strong defensive player. He has been a consistent bottom-six stalwart for the Belleville Senators for the last four seasons. Unfortunately, he’s likely too far down the depth chart to have a meaningful chance of making the big club this year. April 2023 – Reinhardt played the whole season with Belleville in the AHL, where he played 66 games and had 11 goals and 23 assists. He finished well with 13 points in his last 17 games and will hope to produce at that level next season, if he is going to progress enough to get to the next level with the Senators. April 2022 – The 22-year-old Reinhardt was called up by the Senators and played his first NHL game on April 7^th. He is in his second professional season and has 11 goals and 15 assists in 60 games with Belleville in the AHL. He led Belleville with three shorthanded goals this season. Grant Campbell
