January 2021 – Starting the year off in Slovakia scoring nine assists and 11 points in 14 games, Lee is headed to Wilkes-Barrie following Penguins training camp. Kyle Watson
November 2020 – Lee scored his first professional goal with HC Slovan of the Slovak league. He is also listed as the number two defenseman on the team leading in points, with two goals and six assists for eight total points in eight games played. Coming out of college, the Slovak league looks like a great place for Lee to develop his game. Clare McManus
November 2020 – The Penguins have loaned Lee to HC Slovan Bratislava of the Slovak Extraligia. Since the North American season has yet to start due to Covid-19, Lee will be able to get some playing time before getting started with the Penguins organization. Clare McManus
April 2020 – The Pittsburgh Penguins signed Lee to a two-year, entry-level contract. The left-handed defenseman from Western Michigan University had a very solid last collegiate year, scoring three goals and adding 18 assists for 21 points in 28 games. Last summer, Lee was a Penguin camp invitee and has now impressed the management enough to earn himself a contract. He might be another college free agent gem for the Penguins. Clare McManus
