Alexei Vlasov

October 2026 – Despite going undrafted in his first year of eligibility, Vlasov put forth a solid draft year campaign in the QMJHL. His 80 points in 64 games sat him just behind Egor Shilov (taken 43rd overall by the Colorado Avalanche) for the team lead in scoring, and his 44 goals put him 4th overall in the entire QMJHL. Determined to not fall through the cracks again this summer, Vlasov is on fire to start the year, with his eight goals and 11 points in seven games as at writing leading the QMJHL.

A team is going to swing on Vlasov this year if he can keep it up. Alex Wyatt

October 2025-Vlasov has been on fire to start the year with 18 points through 10 games. He is smaller and a bit average as a skater, but he can certainly shoot. Vlasov is constantly defending well, which improves his projection to the NHL. He should be a great QMJHL player over the coming years, but he needs to develop his all-around game to have a good shot at making the NHL as an undersized player.-James Connelly
