June 2025- Pionk completed his sophomore NCAA season, pitting three goals and adding 23 assists across 36 games. He logged decent minutes, regularly creating 18 minutes a game, and put pucks on net, but his value comes as a puckmover and playmaker than a goal scorer from the blue line. If he can continue to hone his skills and transition well to the AHL in the coming seasons, he could see himself within striking distance of joining his brother Neal in the NHL. Alex Wyatt
