Observations
September 2025 – The Blues’ future goaltending situation looks in good hands with Jordan Binnington under contract for two more years and 25-year-old Joel Hofer waiting in the wings. St. Louis drafted Härenstam, an athletic goaltender with a play style similar to Binnington. He can make a tough save when called upon, but also play a frustrating game. He spent last season with both Luleå and Skellefteå’s J20 teams, and the numbers are vastly different. With Luleå, his save percentage hovered above .920, while with Skellefteå, it lingered under .900. The Blues are hoping for more consistency in his game.
