July 2023 – Gendron signed a three-year, entry level contract ($860,000 AAV) with the Philadelphia Flyers. Their 2022 seventh-round draft pick spent the 2022-23 season in the QMJHL between Blainville-Boisbriand Armada and Gatineau Olympiques. In 63 regular season games combined, he scored 55 goals while adding 26 assists for 81 points and led the league in powerplay goals with 21.
