September 2017 – In his final junior season, Dostie played 63 games and scored 30 goals with 71 points. During this year’s rookie tournament with the Ducks, Dostie scored one goal and had two assists in three games. He didn’t stand out by any means, but took care of his business. He is a responsible winger with some crafty hands, but will be regulated to the bottom six if he makes it to the show. He will play in San Diego this season and continue to work on his consistency. November 2016 – Off to over a point-per-game start this season, Dostie has 23 points in 19 games. His minus-9 is a little concerning, but when you play on a team that is below .500, your plus/minus will take a hit. He has still shown his speed and tenacity with the puck and has drawn comparisons to Mathieu Perreault. He is hoping to show the Anaheim brass that last year was no fluke. If you are in deeper leagues, keep tabs on him as he should keep on developing the rest of the season in the Q. Lucas Main
