*** Anthony Duclair's hat-trick last night might have spurred more frustration than excitement in keeper leagues, because it once again makes us debate whether he's too risky to drop or worth keeping for the long haul. After a promising rookie campaign he was all disappointment as a sophomore, but has started the road back to [...]
This week we’re going to dig into three draft-plus one players who are off to tremendous starts in their respective European professional leagues. Eeli Tolvanen, Elias Pettersson and Miro Heiskanen are making some of Europe’s top pro circuits look like pee wee house leagues. Each is doing so by a harnessing their [...]
*** It's been a while since I've done an old-fashioned, "what happened last night and why do I care" Ramblings so here we go. At first glance this would seem to be the latest example of the “Russian Factor” at play, and killing his fantasy keeper value as many owners will be believing he will now never play [...]
*** We're already about an eigth of the way through the season, and in fantasy hockey this is the time when I start looking for who's been hot, who's been lucky, and who's due for some puck luck. Its important to catch players on hot streaks and ride those points, but at the same time [...]
