The World Juniors Championships provide one of the biggest stages for junior-aged players to put their skills on display and make their mark on the world stage. It's a chance for a player to enamor teams with a great performance on the biggest stage of junior hockey. For some players, it's the chance of [...]
Welcome to the Thursday prospect ramblings. This week I want to take a look at the Columbus Blue Jackets as they are not a very good team, have a weak coach, but have quite a bit of rookies playing for them this season. There is promise there but sadly none seem to be [...]
If you’re just tuning in to the 2019 Calder Trophy Power Rankings here at DobberProspects, you’ve found us at as good of a time as any. I’ve been excited to use this bi-weekly ramblings platform for this ongoing segment that I’ve found to be a fun way to track the progress of our [...]
Every year we all sit down on Boxing Day (or just December 26th for non-Canadians) to watch the World Junior Championship. An annual tradition that is the Canadian equivalent to March Madness. Photo Courtesy of https://ontariohockeyleague.com/ Welcome back to my mid-week, every week Prospect Ramblings! This week I'll be expanding on some of the answers to the question I recently tweeted out. I asked the Twitterverse to give me two players from the 2020 NHL Draft class and I would choose between them and [...]
