Jared Woolley

August 2025 – Woolley’s sophomore OHL season culminated in hoisting the J. Ross Robertson Cup with the OHL champion London Knights, before heading off to win the Memorial Cup a few weeks later. Woolley posted nine goals and 19 assists in 68 regular season games, and added two goals and seven assists in 16 playoff contests.

Offense is not the hallmark of Woolley’s game, though he is no slouch at driving play out of the defensive zone and getting the puck moving up ice, he is a big (6-5, 207 pound), smothering defensive defenseman who can lock down the defensive end and lay a punishing body check.

With teammate and defenseman of the year Sam Dickinson locking down the offensive opportunity, and Oliver Bonk and Cameron Allen among incumbents ahead of him on the depth chart, Woolley will have the opportunity to gain more deployment and more notoriety as Bonk and Allen graduate to the AHL.

He is worth a farm stash in deeper leagues as his stock is due to rise with a growing role on the London Knights. Alex Wyatt
