May 2026 – Sardarian broke out in his junior season with Michigan Tech, posting a point-per-game. He exploded in his senior year, tallying 44 in 37, leading the team in scoring and finishing 13th in the nation. He was named CCHA forward of the year. The Sabres need to sign him by the end of June or he will become a UFA as of mid-August – Dobber
