July 2023 – Zohorna has signed a 1 year, $775k two-way contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Curtis Rines
May 2023 – Since joining the Toronto organization, Zohorna has come as advertised. The 6-6 forward has been a physical presence everytime he has stepped on the ice and fortuantely has found a bit of a scoring touch to add on. In 11 games with the Toronto Marlies, Zohorna scored two goals and five points. He also got a two-game cameo with the Maple Leafs where he scored one goal. As a pending unrestricted free-agent, it seems unlikely that Zohorna returns to Toronto due to the amount of bodies they already have in the minors but if he does, expect him to be one of the Marlies key veterans in 2023-24. Curtis Rines
September 2020 – Zohrona has played a key part in BK Mlada Boleslav’s return to play this season. Playing on Moleslav’s top-line, he has already registered five points in three regular-season games. While the 2020-21 NHL season is still in wait, Zohrona will continue to play in the Czech league until further notice. Clare McManus
May 2020 – Zohorna signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Penguins. He recently played for BK Mladá Boleslav of the Czech league, where he put up a decent stat line. Should play a solid bottom-six role with the Penguins organization next season. Clare McManus
