December 2019 – Prapavessis is in the tail-end of a two-year contract, signing with the organization as a free agent last September. The 23-year-old played out all four years of his NCAA eligibility at Rensselear Polytech Institution, racking up 62 points (7G + 55A) in 154 games. The Ontario native has split the past year between the Jackets’ AHL and ECHL affiliates but has stepped in just fine when called upon with the Monsters, posting seven points in 30 games. The puck-moving defenseman is considered a long-shot to make the jump to the big leagues but plays a smart game and can chip in offensively from time-to-time. Dave Hall
