June 2023 – Kaiser was one of the youngest defenseman, at just 20, to crack the Blackhawks lineup this season albeit only for nine games. He still needs more time in the AHL and will in all likelihood be back with the Icehogs next season. Puneet Sharma
September 2022 –Kaiser played at the World Juniors this past summer for Team USA. Over a five game span he had two goals and one assist. Drafted 81st overall in 2020 the 6-0 185lbs defenseman has earned a solid reputation at the University of Minnesota-Duluth over the past two years. He posted 29 points over a 62 game span. The Blackhawks organization is very excited about Kaiser and his progression. Expect to see Kasier return back to Duluth this coming season to further develop his game and add a little more size to his overall frame however there may be a good chance that he gets an opportunity to crack the lineup next year. Puneet Sharma
October 2020 – Kaiser was drafted 81st overall by the Blackhawks. Kaiser is expected to spend at least two years in college before turning pro. Jokke Nevalainen
September 2020 – Playing in the Minnesota high school circuit for the majority of his draft-eligible campaign, Kaiser was a big fish in a small pond. He captained the Andover Huskies to a ridiculous 26-1-4 record while putting up 34 points in 26 games. He also spent a dozen games in the USHL with the Dubuque where his points didn’t translate as much, but his heady, steady game did. Kaiser is a late July birthday and will likely spend a full season in the USHL ahead of his projected entrance to the University of Minnesota-Duluth in the fall of 2021. This is a raw player with a lot of development left to achieve. Whoever selects him will need patience. However, he’s an intelligent player with a lot to like about his skill set. There’s very real upside here. Cam Robinson
