July 2023 – Duehr split time between the NHL and AHL this season. He was great in a bottom-six role for the Flames and provided some offence for the team. He has a huge body and can be a force on the forecheck. He plays a physical game and could be an intriguing addition to the bottom-six full-time next season for the Flames. Carson Klein
April 2023 – Duehr has re-signed with the Calgary Flames for two years at $825,000, one-way. He spent some time with the big club this past season, but he has played majority of the year in the minors though with the Wranglers. Duehr went undrafted and signed out of Minnesota State with the Flames in the 2019-20 season. He is a skilled playmaker and has some tremendous speed, as well as being a strong forechecker. Duehr has found his way and fit really well on the Flames fourth line this past season, where he spent most of the year, and could potentially move up in the roster next year. Carson Klein
