March 2020 – Bajkov didn’t have a stellar year in the ECHL, this season, and it may be time for fantasy owners to explore other options. Keith Fries
September 2018 – Bajkov was part of the first wave of cuts from the Panthers’ training camp which is not surprising considering he’s just 20 years old. Bajkov will report to the AHL squad for his first pro season. Jokke Nevalainen
July 2018 – Bajkov is an offensive winger who is blessed with filthy hands he often uses to dangle through opposing players. His hockey IQ and work ethic are good, and he also has a good wrist shot. Bajkov had a good fourth season in the WHL in 2016-2017 when he scored 29 goals and 78 points in 71 games, and then continued by scoring five goals and 11 points in 10 playoff games. But that wasn’t enough to get him drafted during his final year of eligibility. He had a strong start to his overage season in 2017-2018 which is when the Panthers signed him. He continued that strong pace and eventually finished the season by scoring 33 goals and 100 points in 72 games, and then added 14 goals and 23 points in 22 playoff games. Bajkov will play in the AHL this upcoming season. Jokke Nevalainen
