June 2023 – Henman had a useful sophomore season in the AHL, featuring in a bottom-six role with the Coachella Valley Firebirds. He played 67 games and provided seven goals and eight assists, all at even strength. To continue having the success they found this year, Coachella Valley will need serviceable pros in all positions, and Henman appears to be more of a bottom-six provider at this stage of his development. June 2022 – Henman skated in 50 games for the Charlotte Checkers, potting six goals and eight assists for 14 points. Henman is more of a playmaker than a goal scorer, and he will need to continue his development in the AHL over the next season or two. It wasn’t a real statement of a season, but it was his first in the professional circuit. The fact that the Kraken are an expansion club, could help shorten his path to the NHL. Alex Wyatt
