June 2024 — Frasca missed a decent chunk of the season with an injury, came back and popped off for a couple games, and then immediately fell back to Earth. He showed some occasional flashes of playmaking brilliance and some hints of a high-end shot, but was just too passive offensively this season. He doesn’t excel in any particular area, either, which makes his NHL future more difficult to pin down. Still, the foundation of solid habits, strong positioning, decent work rate and defensive prowess could give him some NHL value — most likely as a bottom-sixer. Hadi Kalakeche
