While not an overpowering needle-mover offensively, Baldwin uses his feet, brain, and stick to consistently make the right play at both ends of the ice.

June 2025 – Selected 151st overall, Everett Baldwin is now a member of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Mark Henry
Final Rankings – A puck-mover of average size, Baldwin efficiently extends or kills plays in all three zones and possesses upside as a transition player.—Luke Sweeney
June 2025—Suiting up for all three of St. George’s Prep, the USNTDP, and Cedar Rapids this season, Baldwin perhaps didn’t have a chance to make a name for himself. His 6-0 frame might not be doing him any favours either. Nevertheless, Baldwin has looked dependable in all three zones ,no matter where he’s gone. He has strong four-way mobility, ably identifies his coverage, and possesses solid transition defence habits. His first pass and first step are also both strengths. Though he may struggle to find suitors at the pro level early in his career, I don’t doubt that he’ll endear himself to coaches at the NCAA and eventually earn a look.—Luke Sweeney
