Fantasy Summary
Guttman is a skilled forward who has had an impressive university and prospect resume. He posses solid leadership qualities, strong in the faceoff circle and on the penalty kill. Guttman is a speedy and scrappy player and is willing to get into areas to contend for the puck. He continually focuses on the details in his game which also demonstrate his good habits and willingness to compete at a high level. Guttman has already shown flashes of success at the NHL level which leads to the probability of him being a reliable middle six NHL player.

May 2023 – For the 2022-2023 seasons Guttman had the opportunity to see some NHL action. He was able to get his chance to showcase his abilities with the Blackhawks posting a solid six points over 14 games which is fairly impressive as a rookie playing on a team that is clearly on a rebuild. He was sent back down to the AHL for further development with the Rockford Icehogs where he put up 16 goals and 14 assists in 39 games. Guttman did suffer a setback and injured his shoulder during his time with the Icehogs. He was shut down for the season and underwent shoulder surgery. He expects to have a full recovery and will be ready for training camp this upcoming season. Puneet Sharma
