Thursday, November 14, 2013 Nikita Kucherov (TB) is off to a torrid start for the Syracuse Crunch, with 12 goals and 22 points in just 13 games. The Lightning are loaded with forward prospects- Richard Panik, Tyler Johnson, Brett Connolly, and Ondrej Palat just to name a few, so may have to [...]
Wednesday, November 6th I am usually a fairly patient person when it comes to prospects but the Nail Yakupov situation in Edmonton doesn’t look like it will turn itself around. I was skeptical about Yakupov’s fit when he was drafted by Edmonton (felt Alex Galchenyuk was a better fit, both immediately and [...]
Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 Happy Devils Night folks! Speaking of the Devils, it’s crazy to think that the New Jersey Devils will not have a first round selection at the 2014 NHL Draft (due to the Kovalchuk saga). As the standings are right now, the Devils would be drafting 6th overall…ouch. Hoping that [...]

The NHL website posted starting rosters for all 30 teams. With several teams juggling cap issues right now, [...]
Sunday, September 29th 2013 Updates: Well Jonathan Drouin was sent back to junior by Tampa. For the most part it is surprising, but Ondrej Palat, Tyler Johnson and Richard Panik make the lightning on forward, while Radko Gudas, Mark Barberio and Andrej Sustr have made the squad on the blueline so far... Brett [...]
