After a strong draft year with HIFK U20 in Finland where he posted 43 points in 39 games Vegas spent a sixth-round selection on the rugged winger. His D+1 season was a write off as injuries limited him to just 11 games in the OHL with the Ottawa 67’s. An off-season trade to Kingston and a return to health have Uronen on the fantasy radar. The power forward is on pace for a 90-point campaign and had a strong showing with Finland at the WJC including the overtime game winning goal against USA. Uronen is a strong, power winger that drives pucks to the net, protects the puck well and has a quick and hard release. Uronen remains unsigned by Vegas but is certainly trending towards his ELC and will turn pro in the 2025-26 season.
