February 2025 – After a strong draft year with HIFK U20 in Finland, where he posted 43 points in 39 games, Vegas spent a sixth-round selection on the rugged winger. His D+1 season was a write-off, as injuries limited him to just 11 games in the OHL with the Ottawa 67’s. An off-season trade to Kingston and a return to health have Uronen on the fantasy radar. The power forward is on pace for a 90-point campaign and had a strong showing with Finland at the WJC, including the overtime game-winning goal against the USA. Uronen remains unsigned by Vegas but is undoubtedly trending towards his ELC and will turn pro in the 2025-26 season. Peter Harling
