June 2018 – Amorosa completed his senior year with Clarkson posting career highs of 27 points in 40 games and making the ECAC second All-Star Team. In mid-June he has yet to sign with the Flyers and would become an unrestricted free agent in mid-August if he doesn’t sign by then. Dobber

September 2017 – Terrance Amorosa is expected to suit up for the Friars of Providence College this coming season. It would be good to see if his offensive game can take another step forward after making recent improvements in the way of making himself more well-rounded. Being more reliable defensively should allow for the possibility for more experimentation with the puck on his stick. Edric Joseph

February 2015 – Amorosa is currently playing his first season for Clarkson University of the ECAC after one year of junior hockey with Sioux City in the USHL where he recorded 14 points and a plus-26 rating in 50 games played. Through 11 games with Clarkson, the Flyers defensive prospect has one goal, 1 assist and a minus-one rating in 11 games. The competition is stiff as he lines up against the likes of Quinnipiac, Union, Harvard and Yale, which should provide the 2013 draft pick with invaluable experience as he attempts his journey to the NHL. Amorosa is currently a long-shot to reach the pros as he has an uphill battle with a deep pool of defensive prospects and raw talent at best. Zach Hopkins

July 2013 – The Philadelphia Flyers selected Terrance Amorosa in the 5th round (132nd overall) in this summer’s entry draft. Amorosa is certainly a project for the Flyers after being drafted out of the Holderness Prep School in New Hampshire and he is committed to the University of New Hampshire for the 2013-14 season. However, there are some rumblings that he may choose to play for the Sioux City Musketeers of the USHL. He is a mobile defender who enjoys jumping up in the rush so there is some appealing offensive upside in his game. Amorosa’s development is expected to be a long one as he attempts to make his way to the NHL Amorosa will face some tough competition as he will be competing with defensemen Erik Gustafsson, Shayne Gostisbehere, Brandon Manning and Matt Konan in the Flyers organization. Nathan Martin
