Observations

April 2019 – Lizotte is a small-bodied center out of St. Cloud State University where he spent the last two seasons amassing a total of 69 points in 76 games played at the NCAA level. His quickness and vision on the ice allow him to play a bigger game than some might give him credit for based on his size. Lizotte is also known to have a tenacity to his game and has shown the ability to win puck battles on the boards and play in multiple situations including being the net-front presence for the Huskies on the power play.

Lizotte’s college career has come to an end as he inked a three-year entry-level contract by the Los Angeles Kings and will join the LA roster for the what remains of the current NHL season. He is projected to debut in his natural center ice position for the final game of the year when the Kings take on the Vegas Golden Knights Julian Mogillo
